Finding my Meditation

Nature and animals are the ultimate healers. In a fast-paced urban life, stopping to observe a tiny flower breaking through stone, the tactile rhythm of a woodpecker, or dogs running free on a hike is my form of meditation. These organic interactions are my meditation. They teach me how to bring the grounding, restorative textures and finishes of the outdoor world into the spaces and products we touch every day.
