Stems and Sanctuaries

My approach to composing a flower arrangement for a temple is guided by a deep alignment with the environment’s existing architectural identity and lighting. I begin by analyzing the space's palette, selecting floral colors that either echo the serene, grounding neutrals of the temple or offer a deliberate, respectful contrast to its accents. By treating every stem as a structural finish, the final arrangement doesn't just sit within the temple—it becomes an intentional extension of it, transforming transient nature into a tactile, harmonious addition to the sanctuary's permanent design.
